BUTZE! - a project initiated by the architects themselves, the aim of which is to contribute to the development of sustainable tourism in rural regions with minimal interventions.
Shelters - the so-called BUTZE! They provide shelter for the night to traveling hikers, protect them from the elements, and provide recreation in the wild.
The first two prototypes were implemented in the German village of Fischbach. The volume of the barrels is assembled from prefabricated wooden elements, which rest on a wooden support structure. The heart of the building is the panoramic view outside the window.
